Weezer have confirmed the release of their seventh studio album Raditude on 26 October on DGC/Interscope Records. The band have been busy in the studio crafting an undeniable batch of new songs with some of music's most renowned and desired producers and collaborators, including Jacknife Lee and Butch Walker. The record is heralded by lead track (If You're Wondering If I Want You To) I Want You To, which is currently streaming on the band’s official site and will be released as a single on 9 November.

The band released their debut album, Weezer, in 1994. Since christened ‘The Blue Album’, the record broke through on the back of worldwide hit Buddy Holly. The critically acclaimed Pinkerton followed two years later, with another self-titled release (known as ‘The Green Album’) coming in 2001. Maladriot (2002) and Make Believe (2005) followed. Raditude comes hot on the heels of last year’s third self-titled record (lovingly referred to as ‘The Red Album’), whose Grammy Award-winning single Pork and Beans spent 13 weeks in the coveted #1 spot on the US’ Modern Rock radio – the longest streak for a song that year. The highly anticipated November 2008 release of Chinese Democracy was Guns N’ Roses’ first official music release in 15 years. It debuted at #3 on the Billboard 200 chart, at #2 on the UK Albums chart and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America on February 3, 2009. Chinese Democracy has already sold nearly three million copies.

Formed in the early 80s in Los Angeles, Guns N’ Roses has sold an estimated 100 million albums worldwide. Arctic Monkeys New Album Called 'Humbug'

Well, here in the middle of huge emotion i get a spirit to write something more useful than do the other thing.

Arctic Monkey's 3rd album is called 'Humbug' gonna come out right on my big day on August 24th this year. For you fellas who never know what Arctic Monkeys is, it's a bunch of five Sheffield's lads with amazing talent and taste. That's all i can tell you. I'm sorry but i've already listen 9 of 10 songs in the album, hehe..

One song that I haven't listen yet is 'Fire and the Thud'. Overall, this album finds the band brimming with vim, vigor and new ideas. They brought in a new production accomplice, Josh Homme, for some of the recording. He generously hosted and produced tracks with them at his Joshua Tree studio. Then they rejoined forces with James Ford, producer of the previous 2 Arctic Monkeys and Last Shadow Puppets (Alex's side project with Miles Kane from The Rascals) albums, in Brooklyn, NY to complete the tracks that became 'Humbug'. I can't get wrong how Alex sounds like, even though the music sounds older. 'Cornerstone' and 'Secret Door' are my favourite for this while. The album is stunning set of songs both heavier and lush than previous albums but still full of the Monkeys usual punch and vitality.
